Can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by e-mailing our customer service department at info@pcfpt.com. Please include your name, SKU number, and the date you placed your order. You will receive an e-mail back shortly.

What does the bill-me payment option mean?
Simply fill out the address information and you’ll receive a bill later. It’s that easy!
All bill-me orders are subject to credit approval.

What is The Peale Center for Positive Thinking return policy?
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please return the product within 30 days to the return address on the packing slip and owe nothing. We'll refund (or credit your credit card) the value of the merchandise you return.

Can I send items as gifts?
Yes, you may send any item as a gift, by entering the recipient’s name and address in the ship to fields.

What shipping options are available?
On the bill-me payment option, we offer Standard shipping, which is delivery within 3 to 4 weeks. All credit card purchases have the additional option of Priority and Express shipping. Priority shipments usually ship between 2-3 business days and you will receive your order in 5-7days. Express shipping usually ships in 1 business day and you will receive your order in 2-4 days. Please note that Express shipments can not deliver to a P.O. Box.

What do I do if I've already sent in payment but I receive another bill?
If you have already sent in your payment and receive another bill, please ignore the second bill. Sometimes your payment and a reminder cross in the mail. If you continue to receive bills, please call our customer service department, toll-free at 1-866-713-7278, Monday through Friday 8 am to 6 pm EST, so we can make sure your payment was applied to your account correctly.

What do I do if I've returned the product, yet I receive another bill?
If you have already returned the product you purchased and receive another bill, please ignore the second bill. Sometimes the returned product and another reminder cross in the mail. If you continue to receive reminders, please call our customer service department, toll-free at 1-866-713-7278, Monday through Friday 8 am to 6 pm EST, so we can make sure the return was properly noted on your account.

How do I order gifts for multiple recipients?
To order products to be sent to multiple recipients, please place each order individually (using the bill to section for your address information and the ship to for the recipient's information) or call our customer service department, toll-free at 1-866-713-7278, Monday through Friday 8 am to 6 pm EST.

How do I make changes to my personal account information?
To change your e-mail address, mailing address and other account information, simply login and click on “My Account” towards the upper right of the page to access your personal profile. Make any additions or changes in the fields provided and click the “Update Profile” button at the bottom of the page. It’s that simple.
